By serving as the first all-girls team in San Diego FRC, the The Pilots hopes to provide inspiration and, ultimately, guidance to other all-girls teams throughout the world. The Pilots will encourage young women to develop the skills necessary to compete at the FRC level by sharing the team’s knowledge through an online platform (website) and through a network of contacts that it will build over years of sustained commitment to FRC.
